Programme-based service website
Clear programme information and contact routes for a service with several participation options.
The challenge
When customers must choose between different programmes, the website has to explain eligibility, practical information and next steps clearly. Confusing routes from programme discovery to an enquiry can create unnecessary friction.
How the work was approached
The work used structured programme pages and common navigation patterns to keep the information consistent while allowing different programme types to remain distinct. External enquiry or registration destinations are treated as hand-offs, not as proof that a place has been reserved.
Implementation overview
High-level details only; no identifying or sensitive technical information.
- Dedicated page patterns for different programme and service options.
- Mobile-first calls to action that make the next step easier to find.
- Structured page titles, descriptions and contextual links for search discovery.
- Clear separation between programme information, enquiry capture and any external registration process.
What this demonstrates
A simpler path to an enquiry is a design objective, not a claim that registrations, attendance or revenue increased.
