Anonymised selected work · Retail & customer journeys

Catalogue-led retail experience

Responsive product exploration with an organised information hierarchy and clear enquiry pathways.

This is a deliberately anonymised overview of implementation patterns. Client details, private systems and commercial performance are not published.

The challenge

A product-led website needs to help visitors make sense of different options without overwhelming them. Photography, category navigation and the next step all need to work together, particularly on smaller screens.

How the work was approached

The work focused on reusable page patterns for browsing product categories and individual items, together with readable supporting information and practical routes to contact the business. Product presentation and search discoverability were considered as parts of the same journey.

Implementation overview

High-level details only; no identifying or sensitive technical information.

  • Structured catalogue and detail-page layouts that help visitors explore relevant options.
  • Responsive navigation and image presentation suited to mobile product browsing.
  • Descriptive, search-friendly page information and meaningful internal navigation.
  • Clear enquiry actions without suggesting that a contact request is a completed purchase or booking.

What this demonstrates

Product discovery should be understandable before a visitor is asked to enquire. Describing the design approach does not establish stock availability, completed purchases or a change in sales.
